Field : STATALARMMIN

Register StatAlarmMin contains the minimum count value used in statistics alarm comparisons. The number of bits is equal to twice the value set forparameter wStatisticsCounter. When parameter statisticsCounterAlarm is set to False, StatAlarmMin is reserved.
