This patch fixes the following issues:
1. A bug in the RAM inference routine that could result in RAM data corruption
2. Changes in the M20K RAM block's bit setting needed to avoid possible data corruption in SQP mode


Caution - You must either have previously installed the
          Quartus Prime 20.1 software or must
          install the Quartus Prime 20.1 software
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will
          not be installed correctly and the Quartus Prime
          software will not run properly.
